Best bet is Wednesday 14 October from 22:00 to 01:00, when a dark, little-moon night on big springs, with the flood four hours in, a light WSW breeze and slight sea all line up well for whiting in peak October. Thursday 15 October from 22:00 to 01:00 is a close second on the same dark, light-wind pattern, so if Wednesday falls through, go then, but watch the freshening breeze on Sunday's neap-tide window.
