Best bet is Friday 16 October, 18:00 to 20:30, when dusk light, a light NNW breeze, mid tides about 3 hours into the flood and 12.3°C water all line up, though the sea will be rough at around 2.1 m. For a calmer alternative, Sunday 18 October, 08:00 to 09:30, offers dawn light, neaps, a light southerly and moderate 1.2 m seas, so watch the rough sea on Friday if you go then.
