Best window is Thursday 15 October from 17:30 to 19:30, when the flood has been running for about three hours at dusk, with light south-westerly wind, slight sea and mid-size tides. As a second option, Thursday night from 23:00 to 02:00 also scores well on the ebb with a light westerly and calm sea, but cod are rarely caught from this shore in summer, so treat October as the tail end of the season and expect a quiet session.
