Your best window is Friday 16 October from 20:00 to 23:00, when a light NNW breeze, five hours into the flood, mid tides and dark conditions all line up with a good October season. A second option is Saturday 17 October from 21:30 to 00:30, which has similar flood timing and light winds, though the sea is a little calmer and the tides are neaps, so keep an eye on the rough sea of 1.5 m waves.
